Does GEORGI SWIMMS ship worldwide?

We sure do! Purchases requiring international delivery will incur a $19.99 shipping fee. For more information on our shipping and returns policy, please refer to our Shipping page.


How much does shipping cost?

For our local customers here in Australia, standard domestic shipping is FREE for all orders over $100. For all domestic orders under $100, a flat rate shipping fee of $10.99 will be charged at checkout. Our international shipping fee is a flat rate of $19.99 worldwide.


Can I return my item?

At GEORGI SWIMMS we want you to love your SWIMMS piece, but if you have a change of mind and would like to return or exchange your item you have 30 days from the date purchased. If you have bought an item from our Pre-Sale events the 30 days will start from the date the shipment for your item is initiated. Items that you wish to return must have all the original packaging including all hygiene stickers and swing tags still attached. 

Please note that postage fees of $12.99 apply for a change of mind return. 


When will you be restocking sold out items?

Oh no, you just missed out on that GEORGI SWIMMS piece you had sitting in your shopping cart whilst you questioned whether or not you really needed another swim piece. Don’t worry though we are always dropping new designs and exclusive prints. Unfortunately we do not replicate our limited edition prints as they are exclusively limited in numbers. To avoid big FOMO, make sure you are subscribed and following GEORGI SWIMMS to gain exclusive pre-shopping access to the hottest new drops.


What size am I?

Our sizing is very true to size. When shopping for swimwear we highly recommend shopping your bra and underwear size apposed to clothing size. Please refer to our Sizing Guide page as well as any notes that may be listed in the product details. If you have a specific sizing question, feel free to email us, we are always happy to help.


Do I need an account to place an order?

No you don’t need to be apart of the SWIMMS CLUB to place an order you are more than welcome to checkout as a guest. We would highly recommend signing up as this gives you the ability to review order history & track current orders. It will also make you part of the SWIMMS CLUB program which will give you sneaky discounts not available to the public,  exclusive pre-shopping access to our exclusive ranges and hottest new drops.


Where do I enter my discount code or voucher? 

When purchasing directly from GEORGI SWIMMS using our safe integrated payment system the discount code is entered at the very end of the checkout process. Once your shipping details and card details are entered you will be able to enter it below, showing you the total amount with the discount savings. What do I do if I have received my item and it is damaged or broken?

At GEORGI SWIMMS we pride our selves on our Luxury garments and check the quality of each garment sent to you. We are human and sometimes we do miss things. In the unlikely event that  your new piece is damaged or broken get in touch with us {} so we can get this fixed for you ASAP.
